Milwaukee Festival Brass was founded in 1985, comprised of volunteer brass and percussion players from Southeastern Wisconsin. Led by Dr. Mark A. Taylor. A two-time national champion and 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The band runs a youth opportunity program.
