I want to extend a big thank you to everyone who has offered their time and services to NABBA.  I'm excited to see NABBA band members and affiliates being involved in the running of the contest.  As a thank you for volunteering their time, we will be providing each volunteer with a special NABBA t-shirt that will set you apart as people who volunteered during this contest.

Please note that every effort has been made to schedule volunteers during times that will not conflict with rehearsal or performance times, and allow for band members the opportunity to listen to the bands in their competing section on Saturday.  Do your best to honor the time assignments that have been made for your band members.  Please check the schedule below, and contact me (NABBA volunteer coordinator) at "LindaYeo@nabba.org" if there is a true scheduling conflict with the time that I have assigned.  You may feel free to send substitutes if need be, but they need to be somehow related your band.  There is no real need to inform the volunteer coordinator if you intend on sending a substitute.

Please check in at the NABBA booth in the front of the the lobby of the Ogle Center at IUS 10-15 minutes before your assigned time, so that NABBA knows that they're present and so you can pick up a sheet of paper detailing their assignments and your t-shirt.

If Volunteers (or their substitutes) do not honor their assignment, one (1) point per volunteer hour (maximum of ten (10) points) will be deducted from their band's total score.  It is not the volunteer coordinator's responsibility to call or get in contact with volunteers.
