The official NABBA Trademark registered with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office may be used by NABBA member bands on band programs, websites and recordings. For use on printed materials, the NABBA website URL (www.nabba.org) must appear along with the Trademark; for use on websites, a link to the NABBA website (www.nabba.org) must appear. The NABBA Trademark must also include the ® (registered service mark) symbol next to the bottom right corner of the logo. The NABBA Trademark is a Registered Trademark of the North American Brass Band Association. All rights reserved.
